Deaths of St. Louis Police Officers, 1861-1899
The St. Louis Board of Commissioners’ Record Book of Resignations, Reductions, Promotions, and Deaths 1861–1899 provides the names of police officers that died in that period. The deaths occurred from disease and while on duty. The original record book is available at Missouri Historical Society.
