Monthly meetings, co-sponsored by the St. Louis Genealogical Society and the St. Louis County Library, are held once a month except, in 2021, there will be no meetings in May and December. For the first part of 2021, meetings will be webinars. When it becomes safe again, meetings will take place in the St. Louis County Library Headquarters auditorium and are open to the public. Program Topics

The program topics and speakers are announced in the society’s blog, StLGS News Flash, in our Facebook group, on our Facebook News and Events page and on our Twitter feed, as well as on the society website. There are usually no meetings in April (because of the annual Family History Conference) or in December (because of the holidays).

Monthly Meetings Provide:

  • Speakers who are experts in their field
  • Information that will be helpful in your research
  • Opportunities to meet with others of similar specific interests
  • Suggestions and guidance toward solving family history problems
