    - Talk with experienced genealogists.
    - Examine genealogical software.
    - See what’s new on the society’s website.
    - Learn about current projects, the Annual Family History Conference, the Speaker Series, and the First Families program.
    - Learn about the SIGs (Special Interest Groups): German, Irish, and Jewish.
    - Use the office reference room and materials.

Happenings at the Open House

Members of our Tech Team will be on hand to assist with using our website, evaluating genealogy software, and to answer questions. Volunteers from the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) will be on hand to answer questions

Visitors can also investigate the book collection in our reference room, check out the genealogy books for sale, both new and gently used in our Trading Post and meet with experienced volunteers who will gladly acquaint you with opportunities for joining and/or volunteering.
