White Rose Service Station Ledger, Webster Groves
The White Rose Service Station was located at Lockwood and Allen, a corner that today houses a bank and a popular restaurant. They donated one of their early business ledgers, from 1925 through 1932, to the Webster Groves Historical Society, who has shared the ledger with StLGS. The pages contain names, addresses, and financial information, although it is unclear exactly what the amounts are, likely running tabs or payment/credit amounts.
PDF files that contain the scans of original documents are linked below. The scanned pages contain all the information available from the ledger. Each file contains about ten pages, so be sure to make note of the page numbers you need, located in the Scan Link column.
