Boston Transcript

St Louis Genealogical Society has a finding aid with an alphabetical index of the genealogical queries in the Boston Transcript newspaper dating from 1896 to 1941. The articles are listed in alphabetical order by surname.

New England surnames are predominate, since the newspaper was published in Boston. However, look up all family surnames, no matter where the family lived. Valuable information has been uncovered for families living in states west of the Appalachian Mountains, including Kentucky and Missouri.
