First Families, 1805-1821, Pioneer Families

Purpose

First Families of St. Louis is a lineage society whose objectives are to identify, recognize, and archive the lineage of historical St. Louis families.

The St. Louis Genealogical Society’s First Families program recognized early families of St. Louis.

Applicants may submit ancestral lines based on any of three categories:

• Founding Families, 1765–1804
• Pioneer Families, 1805–1821
• Immigrant Families, 1822–1865
