Data Entry System
Thank you for volunteering to enter data for the Society's projects.
To do data entry for the Society, you should have:
- A copy of the Society document, Data Standards Guidelines,
- A packet of records to be entered – with specific instructions for your project containing the packet number.
To minimize data entry errors, please turn off the auto-fill capability in your browser.
These documents can be downloaded in PDF format:
Data entry can be done from home using an Excel template or using Google Docs.
The template would be e-mailed from . A hard copy of the data to be entered can be picked up at the office, or mailed to you if you are unable to get to the office.
Google Docs is a free Internet site that requires you to sign in with your e-mail address and a password. An invitation will be sent to you from .
